What is health and life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often explores the root causes of past experiences, coaching works with where you are today and where you want to go. I am not a therapist, and coaching does not replace mental health treatment — but it is a powerful complement for people who are ready to make meaningful changes.
